“Not very welcoming. Nobody except the Bellboys says hello when you return to the hotel at the end of the day. Staff are always busy chatting with each other. Even if you crash their 'party' they would not say hello to you!! If you are waiting in a lineup at the reception desk no one will acknowledge you and say, 'hello Mr. Abc, how are you today. Someone will be with in just a moment'. You have to wait and twigle your thumbs and hope that somebody will notice you and ask,'whether there is anything I can help you with?'. It was not like this when I stayed here for a week last February. Somehow all the smiles and friendliness have disappeared.”

“Stocked room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. The daily service was excellent. Location: the hotel was just off the business area and an excellent 24-hour Carulla supermarket. Tried some takeout specials at Burger Music, luckily it was relatively close to the venue.”

“Not much. Staff not very helpful. I gave the reception agent a piece of paper with the confirmation number. Their first claim was that they did not have any reservation in my name. When I told them that if I could get on a computer I could show them the confirmation letter, the customer service girl took me to the business centre. Once I got on the computer I forwarded the confirmation letter to her. Suddenly they found my reservation. Never said sorry, no apologies, nothing. The reception desk behaved as if they were doing me a favour by finding my reservation.”
